In the historic center of Mexico City in the Republic of Salvador Street No. 49, is the Library Miguel Lerdo de Tejada, in honor the illustrious liberal Veracruz, which fought alongside Benito Juárez in the War of Reform, to shape the Republic. The extensive body which retains part of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, Miguel Lerdo de Tejada was finance minister in the government of Juarez, 1859-1860 -. In the context of public buildings in Mexico this is surprising. Its façade is baroque. When he saw the facade there is the idea that it is a Catholic church, no, it was some time. Its interior walls are decorated with murals painted by Vlady -Russian origin.
